How KASTOR KOLLECTIVE LLC delivers orders.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Once an order ships, a confirmation with a tracking number is provided. You can also use the Track Order page.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Express orders may not ship to PO boxes. Oversized items may require additional time.
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the estimated date, use the contact form and include your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
